GOOD ANB BAD HABITS OF MY TEACHERS As a teacher, it’s important to show our good habits because they impact our teaching practice. I consider that we are a model to follow, so we have positive habits that influence our effectiveness in the classroom, but as humans also we have a negative or bad habits too.   Good Habits: Healthy Eating: Have a good balanced and nutritious diet that includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins, and healthy fats is essential for optimal physical health, energy levels, and disease prevention. Some teachers don’t eat on time, and then they have stomach problems such as gastritis. Drink a lot of water is a good advice for you.
